Dawn offers a memorable Provence kitchen experience, the to-die-for tomato tart tatin, fried herbs, local market fennel, red onions and fish.  The setting is just like out of a Peter Mahle book.  David negotiates the hilltop roads with ease.  Bonnieux offers charm, excellent dining, great lodging with a view, a French experience beyond compare.  We can't wait to return to Dawn's kitchen and Bonnieux.

Dawn, I don't know how you could have made our time in Bonnieux any better.  You created such a relaxed atmosphere, everything was easy, fun and organized.  I personally loved cooking together as a group, then sharing our meals over a glass of wine... ok maybe glasses of wine.  Anyway, I was excited that I could actually recreate the meals in my own kitchen, the video's we took of the food preparations definitely helped.  

It seemed like each day was planned with just the right amount of sightseeing then back home in time to prepare our evening meal.

It was a wonderful experience

Christina's interactive Birthday dinner was so much fun.  The idea for the cooking stations with guests as the chefs was so cool.  It was a great way to socialize and interact with the folks you haven't seen for a while.  The light competition between the stations was fun and the end result was fantastic food that was created by all of us!  
You gotta do that again!!

My week in Provence with Dawn, David and the group was delightful.  I feasted on local cuisine, enjoyed time in the kitchen with everyone and shopped in many picturesque market towns.  It was an added pleasure to stay in charming Bonnieux!

Dawn and David were gracious and generous hosts and their extensive knowledge of the area was indeed a special asset.

What a wonderful memory!!
