Travel to Mexico
The cultural experience of Mexico is unpresidented with many ruins of past civilizations and the existing Mayan villages and cuisines. Join a Mexican chef trained in Mexico City to learn the secrets of all our favorite Mexican foods such as salsa's, chiles rellenos, mushroom and zucchini flower soup, guacamole mexican style, green tomitillo salsa, hand made tortilla's and meat filled tomalies,  Classes will be held in a local home filled with warm breezes, blue skies and fantastic food only found south of the border. Add a visit to a Mayan ruin or two and you will have one of the most memorable cultual and culinary experiences you could imagine. All this can be customized for you and three friends.

Join us as we explore everything the Yucatan has to offer.

If you think you might be interested in joining this cultural/cooking travel group please contact Chef Dawn at chef_dawn@hotmail.com or 1-206-455-1695.  We can also discuss customizing your Mexico Cooking Tour to accomodate your available travel dates, number of people in your party and other tour preferences.
